Almost Done
I will sure be glad when we release the old house. I am so tired and sick all the time. We finished moving the heavy stuff on Wednesday and got it into the new house. It took a month but finally got hubby to get the washing machine over here. Boy, you should have seen me trying to help him carry in the stackable washer & dryer. I hope I don’t have to do that anytime soon. Now all that is left is the cleaning part, replacing damaged tiles in the livingroom/diningroom, and hubby cleaning yard and making sure everything is pickup and brought to the new house. We hope to have all of that done by next Tuesday. Hubby is off Monday and Tuesday next week.
I don’t begrudge the move because my daughter and grandchildren are moving in but I sure hope to not have to move again for a long, long time. We had just moved into the other house a year ago. The problem was it was too small for 5 people, 6 dogs, 2 turtles and multiple fish. We had tried to buy it sometime back and could have added on to it then but owners would not sell. Oh well, we are almost settled in now and all is good.
Well, better be getting ready to go over to the other house so that we can at least get the trash picked up, sweep the house, clean the bathroom and clean the cabinets and window ceils. Then Angel and I will go over tomorrow and mop the house. Talk with you all later.
