Got a convo in my GrandmaMarilyns shop from FairyDC2008 telling me that my Purple Cats Eyes RAW Spiral Earrings were being featured in her Enjoy the Royalty Colors treasury.  Also featured from the Etsy Beadweavers Team (EBW) are SalamanderHouse and KerrieSlade.

This treasury is available for clicking and commenting until Friday, Dec 5, at 9:42 pm EST.

FairyDC creates some beautiful jewelry using crochet instead of beads.  I went and looked at her shop and found some very interesting jewelry.  This piece, Fairy Noche Purple, would fit into this treasury perfectly.

Oh yes, while I have you here, I may as well remind you that we will start voting in the EBW Snow Queen Challenge on December 9-15.  Don’t forget to drop by the EBW blog and vote for your favorite.  I didn’t enter this challenge as I couldn’t think of anything for it but if you stop by, I can guarantee you will be enthralled by all of the beautiful entries.  I think everyone outdid themselves this challenge.  It is really going to be hard choosing just one entry.  Not only do these beauties fit a winter queen theme but they could be considered for a bride on her wedding day.  I could see many of these with a beautiful wedding dress. 

The next EBW challenge theme is Tropical Holiday.  Wonder if I can come up with something for that.  I should have plenty of time to do some thinking on it as this challenge isn’t due until February 5, 2009.  I have a few thoughts going through my head.  Now to see if any become a reality. 

Talking about Etsy, I haven’t been having any sales in my GrandmaMarilyns shop but I have been making some sales in my GrandmaMarilynsToo craft supply/destash shop.  I have been selling some of my craft books that I hoarded over the years.  I have decided that I will probably not use them after all and need to start making room for all of my beading supplies.  My loss, my customer’s gain.  You should see all the craft supplies that I need to take pictures of so that I can let them find new homes.  I am the type of person that goes hog wild when I get interested in something.  Keep looking at my store for new and interesting things.
