Finally On The Right Track
Yeah! I might get my bracelet done after all for the EBW team Art Deco challenge. I switched from brick stitch to peyote and my bracelet is finally starting to take form. I figure I am almost 1/2 done with it. I had originally wanted to do it in peyote but my daughter had done the directions in brick so I decided to give it a try. That bracelet felt stiff and not at all like I wanted it. Now that I have changed to peyote, the bracelet has a supple slinky feel to it. More to my liking anyway.
On August 9th, voting will begin. You can see all the entries and vote on the Etsy Beadweavers Blog. If you would like to here what everyone says about their entries, you can go to the forum thread and read their comments. There will be comments and links to blogs to fill you in on what is going on. Have fun reading about our trials and triumphs. By the way, comments are welcome but you have to have a free Etsy account to comment……or buy. There are a lot of beautiful entries so far. There will be links to these in the thread also. It is going to be hard to pick just one again. Please come by after voting starts and vote for one of the beauties. You don’t have to vote for mine but just vote.
Well, I had better get back to my bracelet or it will never get done by tomorrow night for the deadline.

Go Marilyn! I know you can finish! And I can’t wait to see your piece!
I can’t wait to see it!
