New Cards Category in Etsy Shop
Well, my friends. I have finally done what I have been wanting to do since after Christmas 2005. I made some pictures that were taken of the snow we had on Christmas Day 2005 here in Freer, TX into Christmas Cards. I have been threatening to do this ever since then but never got around to it. I think my family felt it would never happen. Surprise! I call them my South Texas Christmas Card Color Series.
One of the reasons that I wanted to create these cards is that snow down here in Freer, TX is almost unheard of. We usually just have cool weather down here on Christmas day. So, this was really a miracle. I wanted to share our miracle with the world.
The insides of the cards are blank but I do have verses to put in them if the customer wants them. They just email me and let me know they would like the verses and I will send them ones that I have available. Each card comes with a white envelope.
These cards are listed in my GrandmaMarilyns Etsy shop. I have listed them as a set (click on link in first paragraph above) and individually (click on the picture to go to the listing in my shop).
I will be listing some in gray scale (monochrome) later. The funny thing is that I printed them that way by accident. After looking at them, I decided that they looked great. The monochrome gives them an old time look that I think is really cool.

Oh! These are such fun! I would never think of snow and Texas at the same time.
